With the first day of media availability behind us in Indianapolis, the player portion of the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine gets underway on Thursday as the offensive linemen and running backs (as well as a select few quarterbacks) hold their media availability in Indianapolis.
The Green Bay Packers do not seem to have an obvious need at running back, but it appears likely that an offensive lineman would be in their draft plans as there are questions at both right guard and right tackle. While this year’s draft class does not have a lot of top-level talent, meaning that a first-round pick on the offensive line is unlikely for the Packers, there are some intriguing prospects to be found in the middle rounds. Today we’ll try to get to know a few of those players to see how they might fit in Green Bay.
In addition, there are press conferences from a few notable individuals, including a former Packers executive who lured a pair of coworkers out of Wisconsin in the past several weeks. Stay tuned for all of today’s news here.
