It’s time for the final day of the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine to get underway. The only thing left is for the defensive back prospects to work out on the field in front of NFL scouts and for everyone to head home.
The Packers would appear to be in the market for some help at safety in the 2019 NFL Draft, so they will likely be keeping a close eye on the prospects at that position. Secondary coach Jason Simmons is sure to have new faces in the safety room, but the question is whether those faces will be rookies or veterans coming over in free agency.
As we look ahead to Pro Days starting up later this week and the draft coming up in April, we thank everyone who was present for this year’s Combine for their efforts and information. Now, let’s watch some defensive backs fly in the 40 and wrap this thing up.
