The Green Bay Packers take the field for their second day of training camp practice on Friday morning. The players are on their way to Ray Nitschke Field as this is being published, with practice time scheduled to begin at 8:20 AM Central Time.
We'll be keeping an eye on a few storylines that came out of yesterday's practice. The first is Jordy Nelson's health - the star wideout appeared to be a full participant in yesterday's practice, and showed no ill effects from his offseason hip surgery. The same goes for Casey Hayward, whose foot had bothered him during the spring.
Unfortunately, receiver Jared Abbrederis left practice yesterday with what was described as a tailbone injury after falling during an interception. Keep an eye on whether he is practicing today.
Finally, we'll continue to watch the inside linebacker snaps, as Nate Palmer got the first-team reps when Clay Matthews shifted outside. That position will continue to be one to monitor throughout camp.
Keep up with practice here, and discuss in the comments!
