At 12:15 this afternoon, the Green Bay Packers will take to Ray Nitschke Field for another open training camp practice, their second since returning from Massachusetts following a 22-11 victory over the New England Patriots on Thursday.
Numerous key players stayed in Wisconsin rather than traveling with the team, and many of those players did not participate in Saturday's practice either. Nick Perry, Mike Neal, Mike Daniels, and Letroy Guion are just a few of those players, though Clay Matthews did practice over the weekend. Young defensive backs Damarious Randall and Demetri Goodson also sat out on Saturday once again.
As has become the case in recent weeks, the injury updates will be a major focus of ours as we follow practice. Hopefully the team will get a few more players back on the field today.
If they cannot, key reserves like Andy Mulumba, Mike Pennel, and Quinten Rollins will look to maintain their strong performances in recent practices and in the preseason game.
As always, follow along below and discuss in the comments!
