After a first practice full of intensity, a few notable hits, and a nice scuffle, the Green Bay Packers and Houston Texans are headed back out to Ray Nitschke Field this morning for the teams’ second and final joint practice. As usual, practice will begin at 10:15 AM Central time, with both teams biking out to practice from Lambeau Field.

Hopefully Texans defensive end J.J. Watt doesn’t try to ride a tiny bike again today — he broke the seat on a young Packers fan’s bike on Monday, though he has promised to replace it. Green Bay native Max Scharping also had some fun, as the rookie Texans offensive lineman got to be on the other side of a tradition he participated in as a kid years ago.

For the football action, all eyes will be on Texans cornerback Lonnie Johnson, Jr., whom head coach Bill O’Brine tossed out of practice on Monday. Johnson’s big hit on Packers rookie Jace Sternberger set off a bit of a scrum as Sternberger’s teammates came to his defense.

Follow along below to see if there are any other heated tempers as the two teams get ready for Thursday’s preseason opener. Go Pack Go!
