The Packers' loss to the 49ers in week one is now a distant memory. It's time to turn our attention to the Washington Redskins and another mobile quarterback in Robert Griffin III. The Redskins come into Green Bay 0-1 as well, after a 33-27 Monday Night loss to the Eagles and new head coach Chip Kelly. Griffin looked rusty, as was expected after he did not play a single snap in the preseason. The Redskins' formerly dominant rushing attack was held in check, and the team's slow start led to a pass-heavy second half.
The defense of the Redskins showed some holes in the first half, as the Eagles gashed the Redskins on the ground with a heavy dose of LeSean McCoy. Can Eddie Lacy break through this week and become the Packers' first 100-yard rusher since the last time the Packers and Redskins played? In that game, Brandon Jackson put up 115 yards as the Packers lost 16-13 in week 5 of the 2010 season.
