Packers Hottest Take of the Week - Aaron Rodgers dominates early preseason talk

Well, football actually happened. There was a game with a score and everything! But it seems this week that most talking heads were more interested in what Aaron Rodgers is up to.

Stephen A Smith took to Instagram to call Rodgers the greatest quarterback he’s ever seen in his life. This appeared to be in response to the comments Aaron made about his young receivers not giving it their all in practice.

Colin Cowherd wasn’t to be outdone when he compared Rodgers to Tom Brady. His take involved going after personal relationships and even mentions that talent doesn’t determine legacy...

The New York Post decided to take Rodgers’ comments and link them to his displeasure at the release of Jordy Nelson. The word they used to describe the current situation is “nightmare”.

Finally we reach Bill Simmons. Bill is a vocal Tom Brady fan who often chides Rodgers to lift Tom up. This was no exception as Bill had some choice words about Aaron on his podcast that even included that he should “stop giving interviews”.
